You will speak with an independent provider in our network. That is a local tree business, not Polancosfurniture Tree Service. We make the introduction. The provider does the quoting and the work.

What happens next

1. First, you send a request through the form. You can also request a callback to check provider availability. 2. Next, a provider reaches out to learn about the tree. 3. Then you may get a visit, a photo review and a written quote.

Have these ready:

• Your address and where the tree stands
• Photos from a few angles
• What the tree is near: roof, wall, fence, lines
• Whether you want the stump ground
• Any gate, slope or tight access the crew will need to handle

What to ask a provider

Check, then ask. A good provider will answer these simply.

• Can you show proof of insurance and any license required here?
• What is in the written quote? Is cleanup included?
• How will you protect my roof, walls and slab or foundation?
• Is stump grinding included, or priced separately?
• Who removes the wood and debris?
• What if you find a problem once the work starts?
• Do you need a permit for this tree, and who handles it?

Typical U.S. tree removal costs vary widely by size, access and risk. Get the price in writing.

You are in control

You can compare quotes. You can say no. You do not have to decide on the first conversation. A provider who pushes you to sign right away is a red flag.

If damage happens, take photos and keep your paperwork. Providers can often help document damage for a claim. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.
